Another busy season for Beechwood B & B
Beechwood B & B in Halland boasts a multi award-winning place to stay in East Sussex. Families, couples, businessmen and Glyndebourne enthusiasts are among the guests, many of whom return time after time.
So, what can you expect at Beechwood B & B? Apart from the standard tea and coffee making facilities, there are also ceiling fans in all rooms, a desk for travelling businessmen, and of course wifi. A good night’s sleep goes without saying, followed by a hearty breakfast every morning to start your day. There are 5 rooms to choose from – a twin room, 2 king size en-suite and two rooms that adjoin and share a bathroom, just right for families. There is also a stunning garden to relax in.
Carol and Ceri’s bed and breakfast has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They are only 10 minute’s drive from the neighbouring town of Uckfield, and 1 mile from the popular East Sussex National Golf resort, ideal for meeting clients and networking facilities for corporate clients. The coastal towns of Brighton and Eastbourne are only half an hour’s drive away, and Gatwick airport a bit further afield.
The owner, Carol Hyland and her Partner Ceri say ‘people arrive as strangers, and return home as friends’. Carol has been the proprietor for 11 years, and what started as a hobby has turned into a thriving business over the years.
Carol and Ceri are naturally very proud of their Five Star Gold rating. They also boast several awards, including a Rose Award (June 2016) by ‘Visit England’ and a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ awarded by Trip Advisor for 5 consecutive years.
